State’s Attorney
The State’s Attorney prosecutes crimes that take place in Stutsman County and advises the County Board, County Department heads and Township Boards on issues pertaining to their duties in offices.
Fritz Fremgen was elected State’s Attorney in 2000. He has been a prosecutor in Stutsman County since 1995 and was a U.S. Army Judge Advocate before that.
