Accessibility
Stutsman County is committed to high standards of web accessibility and ensuring that our web environment is accessible to everyone, including individuals with disabilities. We regularly evaluate our website using both automated and manual accessibility assessment tools and strive to make necessary changes in a timely manner.
While our main goal is to make the entire site accessible to all users, there is a possibility that some issues may not have been discovered yet or do not have a satisfactory accessibility remediation solution at this time. If you have encounter any accessibility barriers, run into issues, or simply have suggestions on how we can improve your experience when using our website please contact us at (701) 252-9035 or

Conformance Status
The
Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.
We have made massive revamps to our website in regard to layout, colors and contrast, labels, titles and navigation. To further enhance browsing our website we also offer an accessibility tool that provides an interface which allows visitors to manipulate their browsing experience. This tool is present on each page and located in the bottom left corner on desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
Our goal is to conform as closely as possible to the standards by the
WCAG 2.1 Level AA. And while our goal is Level AA, we have also applied some Level AAA criteria, as well as WCAG 2.2 criteria.
